Lumi Photo Printing Kit : With the Lumi Photo Printing Kit, you can print images on fabric using the power of sunlight. The kit uses Inkodye – Lumi’s own photo-sensitive dye that develops its color once exposed to sunlight or other UV lights. It’s an easy way to experiment with dying and textile printing without the need for a special ink curing lamp.
This kit is a great alternative to screen-printing and has complete instructions on how to print a negative directly onto a t-shirt or any type of textile.
Panavise ActionGrip 3-N-1 Camera Mount : Be the Mikhail Kalatozov of GoPro with this 3-N-1 ActionGrip Suction Cup Camera Mount Kit! Raspberry Pi NoIR Camera Board – Infrared-sensitive Camera : The Raspberry Pi NoIR Camera Module is a custom designed add-on for Raspberry Pi that does not have an ‘IR cut filter’ installed. Like the regular Pi camera, it attaches to Raspberry Pi by way of one of the two small sockets on the board upper surface. This interface uses the dedicated CSI interface, which was designed especially for interfacing to cameras. The CSI bus is capable of extremely high data rates, and it exclusively carries pixel data. This version is best for night-vision use – you’ll have to flood the area you’re shooting with infrared light. There is some nature photography that is enhanced by an IR camera, as well. It’s not great for every-day video and photo taking. In those cases, we suggest the regular Pi Cam. A small piece of blue filter plastic is included, this filter can be used for hyperspectral imaging experimentation !
Infragram DIY Plant Analysis Webcam : Use this specially modified webcam to analyze plant health, in combination with the Infragram.org image processing tool to measure photosynthesis. Based on the same multi-spectral satellite imaging techniques used by NASA, this USB camera lets you take simultaneous infrared and visible photographs at 1600×1200 pixel resolution.
Miniature TTL Serial JPEG Camera with NTSC Video : This tiny little camera module can be a pretty neat project addition, it is just like our other JPEG cameras (same chipset/software), but much smaller and slimmer. It was designed to be used in security systems and does two main things – it outputs NTSC color video and can take snapshots of that video (in color) and transmit them over the TTL serial link. You can snap pictures at 640×480, 320×240 or 160×120 and they’re pre-compressed JPEG images which makes them nice and small and easy to store on an SD card. Perfect for a data-logging, security, or photography project.
One nice thing about this particular camera is all the ‘extras’ that come with it. For example it has auto-white-balance, auto-brightness and auto-contrast taken care of for you as well as motion detection built in! That means you can have it alert your project when something moved in the frame. The lens is manually adjustable, it has a 1-15 meter focal distance by default which is good for most projects.
Weatherproof TTL Serial JPEG Camera with NTSC Video and IR LEDs : This weatherproof camera module is a classy upgrade to the basic camera module we already stock in the shop. The main differences is that this one comes in a nice metal case with a mounting hinge, a 1 meter long cable with the TTL & NTSC signals brought out, and it has an automatic IR LED system for night time photos. When the onboard photo-cell detects that it is too dark for the camera to take a photo, it turns on a ring of 12 IR LEDs that illuminate the nearby area for night-vision shots.

Adjustable Pi Camera Mount : Pimoroni’s adjustable Pi Camera mount is a great accessory for Pi shutterbugs. Little screws attach the Pi Camera solidly and the design allows for multiple positions. There’s also a 1/4″ hole that you can use to attach the camera to a standard camera tripod mount.

USB Microscope – 5MP interpolated 220x magnification / 8 LEDs : As electronics get smaller and smaller, you’ll need a hand examining PCBs and this little USB microscope is the perfect tool. Its smaller and lighter than a large optical microscope but packs quite a bit of power in its little body. There’s a 5.0 megapixel sensor inside and an optical magnifier that can adjust from 20x (for basic PCB inspection) to 220x (for detailed inspection). Eight white LEDs are angled right onto whatever you’re examining so you get enough lighting to see, and are smoothly adjustable via a dial on the side.

The Adafruit Shipping Department works hard to get your orders out as quickly as we can, but once they’re in the hands of our carriers they’re out of our control.
Carriers have been struggling to keep up with the sharp rise in online orders. Last year UPS, FedEX, and USPS all experienced delivery delays.
